Cook on High Pressure for 45 minutes for chicken stock and 120 minutes on high pressure for bone broth. I would never wish anyone to feel ill or be in pain. I did not know why until reading Dr. Axes bone broth thread discussion about knee bones containing more collagen. If you ever have leftovers, just freeze them, thats what I do. I did this when I made veggie broth and ended up with two soups instead of one. It comes down to the cooking process. I probably should have eaten the veggies too. Ive added several other veggies as well. I was paleo for a few years and used to make a lot of bone broth.
